Sessions may begin with QR code scan, Text or by using the HONK App. You may still use ParkMobile at this time if desired, however, PArkMobile may be phased out during 2026.

Monday through Wednesday, June 8-10, 2026, there will be multiple construction and PennDot projects that will necessitate a detour to the entrances of the Beaver Avenue Garage and the Fraser Street Garage. Please allow for extra time for entry to the facilities. 

If your arrival route is from College Avenue, please take a left on Burrowes and then a left on Beaver Avenue to the garage entrance. 

If your arrival route is from South or North Atherton Street, we recommend turning onto either Prospect Avenue, Fairmount Avenue, Nittany Avenue, or Foster Avenue in order to arrive at Fraser Street. Please then take a left on Fraser Street all the way to College Avenue. Please then turn left onto College Avenue, then left on Burrowes, and finally left on Beaver Avenue. 

If you are arriving from North Atherton, you may additionally enter Downtown via Curtin Road to North Burrowes which becomes South Burrowes at the College Avenue intersection. 

If your arrival route is from College Avenue, your route and turn onto Fraser Street is unaffected. 

If your arrival route is from South or North Atherton Street, we recommend turning onto either Prospect Avenue, Fairmount Avenue, Nittany Avenue, or Foster Avenue in order to arrive at Fraser Street. Please then take a left on Fraser Street all the way to the Fraser Garage entrance.

For Pugh Garage Parkers:

If your arrival route is from College Avenue, your route is unaffected.

If your arrival route is from North Atherton Street, we recommend turning onto Allen Street in order to bypass the affected areas where you will connect to Beaver Avenue, or turning directly onto Pugh Street

If your arrival route is from South Atherton Street we recommend turning directly onto Pugh Street.

For Commuter Parkers:

If your arrival route is from College Avenue, we recommendtaking a left on Garner to get to the Commuter Zones.

If you are arriving from Atherton, we recommend turning ontoeither Allen or Pugh street in order to get to the Commuter Zones and avoidingthe garage traffic detours.
