Permit Closure Reminder - Students and Others Leaving For Summer!

As a general reminder, please remember that Municipal Parking Garage and Lot permits are monthly not semester based.

Payment for May is due on May 1st, and returns must be on or by May 1st to avoid your renewal period for May.

If you are keeping your permit past May 1st, payment is required for the month as per your rental agreement. Closure dates are contingent on when the permit is returned to our offices and refunds will be calculated and issued to your address on file at that time.

Permit's returned after May 1st are subject to the daily rate of the facilities until the permit is closed, or one-half month rental rate dependent on the date of return.

Permits not returned to our offices, and not paid, will still renew for May as per your rental agreement and are subject to the late fees and closure schedule. Failure to return and non-payment of parking permits will result in a violation and invoice sent to the vehicle's registered owner on file, and may result in the inability to purchase future permits.

If you have any questions please contact our offices.
