How to Enroll into Automatic Payment (Non Business Accounts)

* The account MUST have a zero-dollar balance to enroll. Any existing balances will NOT be processed by our system and will require one last manual payment. *


If you receive third-party invoices, please do not follow these steps. Please log in to your business account and follow the enrollment letter.

1. Log into Portal

2. Click, Welcome, Jane Doe!

3. Click Manage Your Account Information

4. Click Manage Profile(s) under Credit Card Profiles

5. Click ADD NEW PROFILE and follow steps to save your credit card information

6. Click PERMITS

7. Click VIEW PERMITS

8. Click PERMIT NUMBER (e.g. BG11203)

9. Click MANAGE under Billing Method

10. Choose the credit card you've added and click SAVE CHANGES

Visual Bug on Permit Payment reminders

  A visual bug has been identified showing "2024" on permit balance reminders when renewal letters get disbursed. The expiration date is correct, just the due date showing 2024. This visual bug may be present during February as well. Payment due dates are indeed 2025.
Recover lost ID and Password
Enter the email address associated with your account and your account information will be mailed to you. If you do not have an email address on file you may answer the security question to obtain your password.
