On Street Meters HONK Payment Zones:

HONK is now available for on street meter payments. You may notice a sticker change soon on our meters, and the zone numbers are exactly the same!

4201 - All College Avenue meters
4202 - All Beaver Avenue meters
4203 - All North / South running street's meters, Foster Avenue and Nittany Avenue meters

The other zones have been in place, but as a reminder

4214 - McAllister Deck level 2 (only available/live after the monthly permit only restriction time as signed)
4215 - McAllister Deck levels 1 and 3
4216 - Beaver Lot

 42100 - THON Donations (in the works)

Sessions may begin with QR code scan, Text or by using the HONK App. You may still use ParkMobile at this time if desired, however, PArkMobile may be phased out during 2026.

Parking information for Blue-White Weekend

The Borough of State College Parking Department will lift the “No Parking 2 a.m. to 6 p.m.” and the one- and two-hour restrictions beginning at noon on Friday, April 24.
Event rates will be in effect at all meters, lots and garages beginning at 6 p.m. Friday through 6 p.m. Sunday.
All restrictions will be reinstated at 2 a.m. on Monday, April 27. Lawn parking will not be permitted.
Please note that Pennsylvania Vehicle Code Violations will be strictly enforced:

No parking on the sidewalk
No parking within an intersection
No parking on a crosswalk
No parking within 20 feet of crosswalk at an intersection
No Parking 30 feet of a stop sign
No parking over 12 inches from the curb
No parking against traffic
No parking in front of driveway
No parking anytime
Cars in violation of any of the above violations will be subject to ticketing and towing.

All other non-PA Vehicle Code Violations will be strictly enforced, as well. On-street parking meters and parking lots are enforced from 10 a.m. until 10 p.m.
